Customer Feedback I contacted Joann and explained the problems with our Shih-tzu (dog was barking a lot and *more importantly* was nipping little children). Joann came to our house and within an hour, had some solid suggestions on how to control these two problems. She spent a couple hours at our home, discussing the dog and suggesting different things we could try to control her. It was unbelievable, but after a couple days of using her suggestions - our dog was almost cured/controlled! Joann's second visit was about a month later. She made a few minor suggestions/tweaks and our dog responded very well. Very reasonable price for this service, too!! Our little dog (Ginger) has once again become our best friend!! Thanks Joann!!
